Searchwire v2.1 is completely self contained and easy to setup, just place the searchwire.pl program in your cgi-bin directory, or any executable directory (there's nothing to edit! except maybe the Perl Path, if it's not the same as #!/usr/bin/perl ) then add (cut and paste) the sample searchwire form into your HTML page or pages, being sure to check the forms action, for the correct path to the program http://www.yourdot.com/cgi-bin/searchwire.pl and your ready to go!
