I have been a reseller with Resellers Panel since August of 2004 [2.5 years] and can honestly state that Kalin Blaskoff, Ceo of Resellers Panel & LiquidNet, Ltd. does not care about his resellers anymore than he does his hosting customers. They have had [and continue to have] problems with a faulty script used to monitor load on hosting customers accounts which suspends accounts that in fact have not used stated resources [my sites included]. On many occasions, the script reports no resource load at all while at other times reports an unusually high amount of resource use. I also had my account suspended for a false spam complaint against my gmail.com email address and the account was reinstated based on fear that I would file a lawsuit. Most recently I have had an issue with a Private DNS Cluster I purchased [11/18/2006], specifically the private email server [not responding] and opened a support ticket [11/25/2006] that is now 5 pages long. I was unsuccessful at getting any results [forum posts are deleted] until after I wrote a letter to my State Congressman. Currently, there are two other resellers that have also written letters to their Congressman regarding the practices of Kalin Blaskoff, LiquidNet, Ltd and Resellers Panel.
